Pitch Planner is a free soccer tournament and team management platform made for organizers and coaches worldwide.
Our Story
Pitch Planner started with a simple frustration: tournament organizers and youth coaches were cobbling together spreadsheets, paper clipboards, and half-broken bracket generators to manage their seasons. Meanwhile, parents had no easy way to check standings, and coaches couldn't tell at a glance whether their substitution plan was actually fair.
We built Pitch Planner to solve both problems at once — a free web app that handles fixtures and standings, playing-time tracking, and team management, all in one place. No ads. No paywalls. No data selling.
Who Built This?
Pitch Planner is built and maintained by WhiteBoston LLC, a small software studio based in the US. We care about making tools that do one job well — and we believe coaches shouldn't have to pay to run fair tournaments or give their players equal playing time.
