Getting Started Time Tracker
Getting Started with the Time Tracker
How to create a team, add players, and run your first match with live playing time tracking.
The Time Tracker helps coaches track playing time, substitutions, goals, assists, cards, saves, and more during matches. Every player’s minutes are recorded automatically so you can ensure fair playing time.
Create a Team
- Go to My Teams from the sidebar
- Tap New Team
- Enter a team name, age group, and default format (4v4, 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, or 11v11)
- Tap Create
The player limit is based on your format — double the field size (e.g., 10 players for 5v5, 22 for 11v11).
Add Players
- Open your team from the dashboard
- Tap Add Player
- Enter the player’s first name, last name (optional), and jersey number (optional)
- Repeat for each player on your roster
Start a Match
- Go to Matches from the team dashboard (max 25 per team)
- Tap New Match
- Fill in the opponent name, date, format, and half durations
- Tap Create Match to enter the lineup setup
Set Up the Lineup
The setup has 4 steps:
- Choose a starting lineup — start fresh, use last match’s lineup, or pick a saved lineup
- Select players — pick your starters and optionally choose a formation. You can mark absent players as “Not Attending”
- Plan rotations (optional) — set automatic substitution intervals, or skip for manual subs
- Confirm & Start — review the lineup and start the match, save it for a manager to run, or save and end without using the timer
