Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy summarizes the billing terms for paid Pitch Planner subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Use.
1. Plans, Trials, and Paid Promotional Checkout
Pitch Planner may offer Pro and Premium subscriptions with monthly or annual billing. The price, promotional discount, amount due today, regular renewal price, and renewal interval shown at checkout control your purchase.
Regular website signup may offer a Free plan without a payment method. An eligible Pro or Premium trial lasts seven days and requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. If the trial ends without a successful paid subscription, the account continues on the Free plan, subject to the applicable plan limits.
Website checkout. New Pro and Premium subscriptions, including paid-ad and match-day coaching offers, include a seven-day trial with a valid payment method required. No payment is due during the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the displayed monthly or annual price is charged and renews at that price and interval until canceled. After Stripe confirms checkout, we create or link your Pitch Planner account and provide access to the selected plan.
Winback offers. New subscriptions do not include an automatic discount. A special winback offer may provide eligible returning customers 50% off their first payment. Any such offer and its subsequent regular renewal price are stated explicitly at checkout. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed billing terms.
Subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. The price, trial or introductory offer, renewal interval, and other purchase terms shown by Apple at confirmation control the App Store purchase.
2. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout until you cancel. For website purchases, you authorize WhiteBoston LLC and Stripe to charge your selected payment method the renewal price displayed at checkout at the beginning of each recurring billing period. For in-app purchases, Apple processes the charge and renewal under the App Store terms presented at purchase.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancel a website subscription through the Billing section of your Pitch Planner account or the Stripe customer portal. Cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings on your iPhone or in the App Store.
Deleting your Pitch Planner account or the iPhone app does not automatically cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription. Unless the applicable store terms or law provide otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain paid-plan access until that date, and no later billing period will be charged unless you resume or start a new subscription.
4. Refunds and Proration
For website purchases, except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or cancellation before the end of a billing period. Cancelling a six-month or annual website subscription does not generate a refund for unused months; access continues through the end of the prepaid billing period.
Apple controls refunds for App Store purchases under its own policies. Requests for an App Store refund must be submitted directly to Apple, including through Apple's Report a Problem service where available. Pitch Planner cannot issue a refund for a transaction processed by Apple. We can assist with Pitch Planner entitlement or account-access issues, but Apple decides whether an App Store purchase qualifies for a refund.
5. Plan Changes
Website plan upgrades, downgrades, prices, and effective dates are shown in Billing or the Stripe customer portal before you confirm a change. If Stripe presents a prorated charge or credit for a change, that amount is shown before confirmation. App Store plan changes are managed through Apple and follow the timing and proration shown by Apple.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. They may reduce feature access or plan limits at that time. We do not automatically delete customer data solely because of a downgrade or trial expiration, although access to features or data above the new plan's limits may be restricted or archived.
6. Taxes, Failed Payments, and Price Changes
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Stripe or Apple may collect applicable taxes where required.
If a payment fails, Stripe or Apple may retry the payment and ask you to update your payment method. We may limit or suspend paid features while an account is past due or unpaid. If payment is not resolved, the subscription may be cancelled, access may be restricted, or the account may move to the Free plan when that option is available.
We may change subscription prices prospectively. For website subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email or through the Service before a price change takes effect. App Store price changes and any required notice or consent are handled under Apple's terms and App Store procedures. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree.
7. Billing Help
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly. For website purchases, we will investigate and, where appropriate, work with Stripe to correct the issue. For an App Store purchase, billing disputes and refund requests must be submitted to Apple because Apple processed the transaction.
