We check product guidance directly against the current app. We review coaching articles to ensure they have a practical use on the field, at training, or in a parent conversation. If a page sounds impressive on paper but gives a coach nothing concrete to do, we rewrite it.
When a topic depends on a league rule, safety standard, governing body, or research finding, we link directly to the source. We do not pass speculation off as fact.

An updated date means we made a substantive change, such as checking time-sensitive facts, replacing outdated guidance, or adding fresh evidence. We do not change the date for a spelling fix or a minor formatting edit.
