Publish a Pitch Planner tournament, then share its public schedule, results, standings, and bracket with coaches, teams, and parents.

Publish the tournament when its teams, venues, and fixture schedule are ready for participants to review.

  2. Choose Publish
  3. Copy the public tournament link
  4. Share the link with coaches, teams, and parents
  5. Use the same public page for schedule changes, results, standings, and bracket updates

Before sharing widely, open the public link in a private browser window and confirm that dates, venues, and fixtures are visible without an organizer login.
